I was looking for vegan options and found this place, and I was thoroughly impressed! The food was outstanding, made with fresh ingredients that elevated every dish. Everything arrived hot and delicious, and the generous portions were more than satisfying. The beautiful ambiance, with tons of plants, created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Took a trip to Quebec recently and wow was this place great! Im pregnant so there are some things I can't have - I'm also learning French - so they were really patient with me and helped me chose the perfect meal ! It was fast, delicious, place was clean and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxed. The service was also fantastic. Definitely will go again - I understand their high rating.

Okay HOLD ON!!! Is this place for real??? Perhaps some of the BEST meals that I’ve ever had!!! The squash soup, the salads, the quinoa mix with hummus, the avocado toast, espresso, and on and on!!! I was eating basil fresh off the pot at my table while waiting for my food and just had the happiest good experience here!!! You people deserve a 15 stars but I can only give you 5 . Love you guys. Thank you

Stopped in here recently and had the very lovely and tasty Israeli salad. It was a welcome break from all the other very heavy food that is served up this way (hey, I enjoy that too, but variety is the spice of life).

It's tough to 'review' some places where the experience you've received there still blows your mind after days. We were on a trip to Quebec and I stumbled on this place purely owing to the fantastic reviews they have. Little did I know that I was going to eat everyday at the same place. Such was the magic this place has! Set in a beautiful, minimalistic decor, it impressed me the moment I set foot in. The service was fabulous. The ladies were polite and were receptive to courtesy, were considerate enough to answer my curious questions about the ingredients in the food... And boy was the food good!! The Israeli salad has blown my mind. The jalapeno-garlic dressing was bang on. The falafel wraps were fabulous. The Avacado Toast was awesome too. If I ever set foot in Quebec City, Colibri is the place where I'm gonna have my first stopover at. Thank you guys, for the wonderful food and great service!

We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The environment is warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of modern and cozy decor that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly, and attentive. We tried the wraps and salads- absolutely amazing!
